Welcome! I am a Lecturer in the Department of Public Administration at the Zhou Enlai School of Government, Nankai University.
My research focuses on digital governance and citizen-government interaction, bureaucratic responsiveness, and government transparency.
I received my Ph.D. in Public Administration from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2022, where I was advised by Professor Bo Fan. I also earned my master’s degree at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and my bachelor’s degree at Nankai University. From September 2019 to September 2020, I was a visiting scholar at the Ash Center, Harvard Kennedy School.
My recent work has appeared in Public Administration Review, Public Management Review, Review of Policy Research, and Public Performance & Management Review. See my research page for publications and recent research activities.
