Welcome! I am a Lecturer in the Department of Public Administration at the Zhou Enlai School of Government, Nankai University.
My research focuses on digital governance and citizen-government interaction, bureaucratic responsiveness, and government transparency.
I received my Ph.D. in Public Administration from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2022, where I was advised by Professor Bo Fan. I also earned my master’s degree at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and my bachelor’s degree at Nankai University. From September 2019 to September 2020, I was a visiting scholar at the Ash Center, Harvard Kennedy School.
My recent work has appeared in Public Administration Review, Public Management Review, International Public Management Journal, Review of Policy Research, and Public Performance & Management Review. See my research page for publications and recent research activities.
